Fun Vacations Travel Set Sail Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

· Open to legal residents of the United States, who are 21 or older.

· Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Fun Vacations Travel are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period:

· Giveaway Entry period starts on June 15,2025 at 8:00AM CST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59pm CST.

3. How to Enter:

· Step 1: Book with a Fun Vacations Travel consultant or through one of our sponsored links on HTTPS://WWW.FUNVACATIONSTRAVEL.COM. Eligible bookings can be hotel, resort, cruise, concert tickets, sporting events, amusement park stays, excursions, car rental or vacation accommodation. Excluded are standalone flight fares.

· Step 2: Register on our website providing your booking number, Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email Address, DATE of Birth, Booking Reference Number, Description of Booking.

· Eligibility entries must be completed by December 31, 2025. 

· Booking References Numbers must either be completed bookings during the entry time frame or an active booking not yet completed at the time of winner selection. Cancelled Bookings will be ineligible for drawing.

· Entrants must like and follow Fun Vacations Travel on Facebook and Tik Tok. Social media links are on the top of this page.

4. Prize Details:

· Winner will receive the cruise cabin fare for 2 adults valued at up to $800 ($400 fare each) on a 3–5-night sailing of their choice and must embark sailing by May 31,2026.  Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

· Winner will be chosen randomly using random selection generator software.

· Winner will be announced on January 20, 2026, via Facebook, TikTok and posted on HTTPS://WWW.FUNVACATIONSTRAVEL.COM.

· If the winner does not claim their prize within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Terms & Conditions:

· Winner must book sailing with a Fun Vacations Travel Agent.

· Winner agrees to pay port fees, taxes, and gratuities on chosen sailing.

· Winner agrees to pay all cruise booking add-ons such as drink packages, flights, transfers, or excursions.

· Winner agrees to provide an I9 with verified legal US legal residency.

· If winner is under the age of 25, winner must abide by minimum age requirements set by the chosen cruise line. If the winner cannot meet guidelines by cruise line, the prize value will be forfeited.

· If winner, cancels booked sailing, winner forfeits prize value.

· Winner agrees to have a photo prize winning announcement on all social media platforms. 

· By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and cruise line rules of choice.

· Fun Vacations Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
